Sustainable nutrition

It’s vital for the future of the food system that sustainability and nutrition are considered together. As nutrition professionals, we have the opportunity to positively influence and facilitate change within this space.  But we can’t know everything about another complex science immediately.  We need to support each other in new learning – your contributions to our sustainable nutrition directory will be very welcome.

Food is Medicine – latest insights from a US summit

Danielle attends the 2nd Annual Food is Medicine National Summit in April 24. From nutrition security, partnership, integration, evaluation and risks in scaling food as medicine, this summit had it all. One thing remains clear – Registered Nutritionists and dietitians are the experts in food and nutrition and their expertise must inform the design and deployment of food and health initiatives.
